Service & Support

GBH International is the sole North American agent for Fire Testing Technology, the world’s leading supplier of fire test instruments.

We also provide spares and service (both on-site and via telephone or e-mail consultation) for fire testing equipment manufactured by FTT and most other manufacturers.

We offer worldwide support for fire testing instruments manufactured in the FTT factory. We recommend that all fire testing equipment be serviced regularly in order to keep it calibrated and in the best working order. Service visits can be arranged with the service manager at GBH International, who will arrange for your local engineer to visit you.

We offer Gold, Silver and Bronze service programs. These programs focus on maximizing the performance of customers instruments, minimizing downtime and optimizing laboratory productivity.
